Processing time

Every item is made to order. Production takes 1 to 6 business days before your order ships. You will receive tracking by email once it leaves the facility.

Shipping and delivery estimates

United States orders ship from our production partner's Los Angeles facility, typically 3 to 8 business days after production. International orders ship from our partner's facility in Guangzhou, China, typically 5 to 15 business days after production, and longer to some destinations.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs inspection, carrier delays, local holidays and incorrect address details can all add time.

International orders: import duties and taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and carrier handling fees charged by the destination country when it arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are not included in the price you pay at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control these charges and cannot predict the amount. If a parcel is refused at delivery, any charges and return costs incurred may be deducted from your refund.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a reshipping fee.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. If tracking shows a parcel lost in transit, contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
