riverlands despite the initial momentum of the uprising it soon becomes clear that viseris lacks the strength to truly challenge Robert's Rule the Rebellion while widespread remains fractured more critically the other surviving targaryens refuse to join viser Prince aegon princess Ries and Daenerys have grown fond of jimie and come to accept Dorne as their new home especially as Robert promises reinforcements from the reach in the veil descend upon the rebel Army crushing them between two forces house Derry Falls house muttin is annihilated visarius himself vanishes in the chaos fleeing into the night as his Grand Rebellion crumbles around him as for Darkstar he is captured along with hundreds of rebels who are sent to the wall as punishment their lands stripped from them entirely the cold wind howls over the wall as Sir Gerald DNE called Darkstar does his rounds in Castle black for years now he has served his sentence helping the watch Manning its wall and beating back Wilding Raiders this far north time has bled away and years have now passed but this day feels different as he peers down the wall he sees the distant figure approach as he descends to confront him he glances viseris Now controls the northern Vanguard strikes hard capturing Shadow Tower and pressing Eastward but they soon find the enemy is not so easily broken Wilding Raiders Ambush supply lines their knowledge of the land turning every road into a battlefield which should have been a swift campaign turns into a grinding bitter war with both sides suffering heavy losses in the snow covered wastelands Ned's offensive in Castle black must contend with Hit and Run raids from the knights watch and wildlings but as their blood decorates the ground below the true enemy awakens the night King groaning shudder the wall a th000 ft of ancient ice fractures the knights watch Garrison crumbles the fortifications shattering as the army of the Dead surges forward Ned Stark barely escapes with the survivors of his host retreating Southward as the dead flood through the ruins his army battered and frostbitten regroups but now they face a war unlike any before the wall has fallen word reaches King's Landing swiftly carried by desperate Ravens Robert barath grim-faced and Furious assembles the Royal host the Seven Kingdoms may have been divided before but now with the dead marching there is no choice but to unite to Jaime's surprise it is rainey's Targaryen who steps forward first by now she has grown into a young woman skilled with a spear thanks to oberin agon and taries will not be people let's see how good it is against the Dead the wind howls like a wounded Beast as the dead March upon Winterfell Ned Stark stands upon the walls sword in hand watching the endless tide of corpses the northern host is battered and exhausted every battle has cost them dearly and now with the dead pressing against the gates of Winterfell it is looking Bleak inside the castle the wounded cry out Children huddled together clutching each other for warmth the Great Hall is packed with survivors but even there cold seeps through the stones as if the very walls know what is coming the main gate shutters as the whites throw themselves against it axes hack Through the Wood skeletal hands reach through the cracks others try to scale the wall climbing over other corpses only to be met by the exhausted resistance of the north Ned himself runs back and forth through the battlements rallying whoever he can and trying to raise morale as they fire back he takes a deep breath and drives back another cluster of whites feeling his arms sag with exhaustion he takes a deep breath and prepares to Signal a retreat but then the sound of War drums Echoes from The Horizon Jim lanister rides at the head to his side rainy's Targaryen her hair whipping in the wind leads the dornish Cavalry behind them Robert barathan Roars like a maddened bull as he barrels through the undead before they Collide With the Enemy Army the Wildfire is hurled above their heads explosions ripped through the undead army green Flames engulfing the whites the front lines of the Dead are incinerated in a blazing Inferno they're inhuman shrieks piercing the air those too slow to get out of the way are ridden down letting the living clear that section of the battlefield from the walls of Winterfell men cheer at the sight of this as more Wildfire pours into the battlefield setting it a fire despite the ice and snow Robert Wheels his charge directly towards Winterfell aiming to break the siege head on but jaim lingers back sensing something in the air a sudden coldness coming from the side he whirls his horse to the flank and sees a section of the Wildfire dissipating immediately from that section the night King makes his way forward as the whites Rush past him they will hit Robert's flank if unchecked we go for him rainey's nods and gestures for the dornishman to join her taking a picked force of elite Knights jaim orders a charge to meet the night King while backed by the dornish Cavalry the dornish men Riot on ahead their swifter mounts carrying them forward as they hurl Spears and jars of wildfire to sew some chaos just as Jaime's charge hits them dozens of whites are trampled underfoot driving them forward though most of these light Cavalry Retreat Ry remains with them they make their way straight towards the night King where Jaime raises his sword out he is impossibly fast sidest stepping this strike than parrying it and sending Jaimie off his horse he barely brings up his sword in time to Halt the attack as the night King comes at him again if he was anyone else then this would have been a death sentence and yet Jamie does not falter or break instead he rises up and meets him headon his sword moves with equally blinding speed when the night King brings down his sword jimie catches it and pivots to the side elbowing him across the face that was the only blow he suffered since this attack but jimie is already moving thrusting at his side to try and finish him off the night King parries this strike and the duel continues he appears mildly surprised to see that jaim is actually holding his own he then begins to press deeper and the strain begins to show however skilled jimie might be he is still human as the night King moves faster and faster he cannot seem to keep up and then a charge from the side Ry comes in Lance crouched as she tries to thrust at him but the night King moves faster hacking her horse's legs from underneath her and sending her tumbling she falls just a few feet away and the night King is immediately upon her but as he brings his sword down Jaimie moves faster he glares at the night King defiant and intercepts the killing blow Dragon glass glass meets Ice and the force of the impact nearly knocks Jamie off his feet he grits his teeth pushing back with all his strength ice creeps along the blade freezing it in his grip seeing him slow down the night King whirls and Strikes at him again but Jaimie pivots to the side and brings his sword down Jaime's muscles burn his breath comes in ragged gasps still he cannot stop and pushes it aside as the duel continues and then Ry is by his side jabbing her Spear and whirling around Dodges strikes she lets jimie handle the fighting but strikes out wherever he can he watches he waits then he sees it a flicker a shift in stance the smallest of openings jimie lunges his sword pierces the night King's chest for a moment silence then cracks spread from the wound light seeping through the molten gold against ice the knight's King expression does not change but he begins to fracture his form breaking apart a single breath later he shatters the battlefield Stills and then like a wave breaking the dead collapse the whites fall where they stand lifeless once more the bitter wind dies the unnatural cold receding the war is over with the war over the living can breathe a sigh of relief but Robert takes note of rainey's Bravery without any heirs from Cersei he must consider alter alternatives for his succession and sees the strength the young Targaryen has proving herself loyal beyond a shadow of a doubt and brave so he names her his Heir with Jaimie as the protector of her family that's our Theory Westeros is a land filled with exciting stories and
